We’re of the mindset that wireless is a good thing.  It works well for the wireless Internet, blackberry wireless syncing, and bluetooth cell phone earbuds.  When it comes to keyboards and mice, we’re not the biggest fans.  Hey, you use your mouse and keyboard all the time and they should definitely be working or else you will have a computer problem.  With wireless technology for your input devices, they presents a possible risk that they may not work if the wireless signal is low or if you need batteries.

But, if you insist on buying wireless, you should know the major difference between bluetooth and wireless.  Bluetooth will work if your computer comes with bluetooth, or if you have a bluetooth adapter.  It is a stronger signal when working, but possibly spottier due to the potential for more interference.  Wireless is the more prevalent standard since it works out of the box with its own equipment.  We’d recommend going with bluetooth if your computer is equipped for it due to its ability to have a better signal.  Be prepared to press the wireless connect button on either device if you have any wireless issues.
