How long does a PC repair take?
It varies by complexity. Most software repairs — virus removal, Windows reinstalls, driver fixes, network issues — are done within 1-2 days. Hardware repairs (screen replacement, RAM, storage, charging ports) are typically 2-4 days including part ordering and repairs. Complex issues like motherboard repair may take longer. We give you an accurate timeline upfront with the free diagnostic.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed for drop-offs. But, scheduling your drop-off online ahead of time speeds up the intake process.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
The diagnostic is free to provide you with the issue and cost. Please note that we do charge $125 for a custom PC diagnostic fee due to the advanced labor time required to provide this assessment.
What PC brands do you repair?
All of them. Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Microsoft Surface, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Razer, MSI, and any other Windows PC or laptop. Our technicians are experienced to work on all major manufacturers. If it runs Windows, we can fix it.
Can you come to my home or office?
Yes, if your computer is powering up and you are not experiencing a hardware issue. Typical onsite issues are new computer setups, email problems, Internet issues, software help, and other non-hardware issues. Please view our Onsite Visit page for more info.
Why not just go to the manufacturer or Microsoft?
With most PC manufacturers, the time to explain the issue as well as fix it is usually drawn out. Many issues, even within warranty, are not even fixed. That means your files could be lost also. We fix everything while saving your files.
