You are not looking to be a professional photographer when taking an iPhone photo.  You’re looking to capture the moment and hoping that it doesn’t come out blurry.  In other words, you’re hoping not to screw it up!  It’s a bonus if the shot is clear and even a better bonus if what you thought was a great shot when you took it looks the same later.
With TrueHDR, you no longer have to hope the photo turned out as good as you’d hope.  What this iPhone support app does is add the clarity and depth of colors you were hoping for.  What’s nice is it instantly provides this with its native HDR option.  Essentially, it fills in the highs and lows of the photo that you wouldn’t normally get with the iPhone shot.

For $1.99, you can use the Auto Capture function to take one shot, bringing back three photos.  Tap the merge button and you’ll get one photo with the best settings combined.  Head to head, the TrueHDR app did slightly better than the regular iPhone HDR option that comes with your phone.  The shots were clearer and more light was applied on objects whereas the regular iPhone service Camera app was darker, a little smudgier, and not as crisp.  So, it’s worth the $2 to still ride out your iPhone app for clear images.  But, don’t expect SLR digital quality!
