How Mail-in Works
Ship the whole device
Please send the complete computer or device — we don’t accept standalone motherboards, logic boards, or loose failed parts.
U.S. shipments only
This is a nationwide service and we happily serve every state. We’re unable to accept international shipments due to customs and cost.
Prepaid label emailed to you
On request we’ll email a prepaid label for laptops, tablets, phones, and drives. Just print, pack, and drop off. Larger items may need extra arrangements.
Recycle Your Device Responsibly
Ship us your old device and we’ll retire it the right way
Sending in a device you no longer need? We’ll recycle it responsibly with secure data destruction and a certificate of destruction on request — so your old laptop, drive, or phone is retired safely and sustainably.

A flat $25 covers a single unit — it pays for a prepaid shipping label if you’d like one emailed to you, or for return shipping if you use your own, and processing is always included.
