  • Once we connect with you, you can choose whether to be charged $49 for the one-time appointment to fix issues within our scope, totaling $50, or a monthly fee of $10/month to have us available for all your tech issues.
  • Solutions for Outlook and emails are charged extra (please ask your technician about it).
