Since we opened our doors back in 2000, we have always saved customers after their DIY gaming build project went sideways. We straightened up a lot of gaming PC’s that wouldn’t start after customers attempted to assemble their gaming system. Many times, no power was achieved. The other times, a motherboard or part was burn from poor installation skills. We have always been happy to save these kinds of computers.
Now, after popular demand…and quite frankly, we want customers to get it build the right way…we are offering custom gaming PC builds in NYC. It’s sad to see customers paying more to fix a new machine that they are unable to build. Plus, our in-house repair center techs are passionate and qualified gamers in their own right. They know what to build!
