Book a Remote Appointment

⏱️ Your Start Window

The time you book is the start of a 30–60 minute window. For example, booking 2:00 PM means we’ll connect with you sometime between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

This gives our techs a little flexibility in case a previous appointment runs long — the same courtesy we’d extend to your session too.

🔗 Getting Connected

Once you complete the booking form, you’ll receive a link to download and install our remote tool — available for both PC and Mac.

Install it before your session so you’re ready to go. It lets our technician securely view your computer and log in to help you.

✅ Before You Book

We can only remote in if:

• Your computer has working internet access.
• No hardware is failing — if parts are failing, it may prevent us from remoting in.

💳 Rates & Billing

• $35 for every 15 minutes, with a 15-minute minimum.
• A card reserves your spot No charge up front
• Your card is processed after the session, and a receipt is emailed to you.
• Prices are subject to 8.875% NYC sales tax and a 3% credit card processing fee.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Plans change — we get it. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 15-minute charge.
