⏱️ Your Arrival Window

The time you book is the start of a 2-hour arrival window. For example, booking 10:00 AM means your technician will arrive between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

This gives our techs a little flexibility as they finish their previous appointments — so you always get our full attention.

💳 Rates & Billing

• $150 / hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
• A card reserves your spot No charge up front
• Time past the first hour is prorated every 15 minutes at $150/hr.
• Your card is processed after the visit, and a receipt is emailed to you.
• Prices are subject to 8.875% NYC sales tax and a 3% credit card processing fee.

📆 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Plans change — we get it. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $150 charge (1-hour minimum).

📍 Service Area

If your location is more than 30 minutes’ travel outside Manhattan, it may fall outside our standard service zone — reach out to confirm.
