🔍 What Happens Next
We begin diagnostics on your device. The diagnostic itself typically takes same-day to next-day (longer only if the issue is extensive) — then we contact you with what we found and your options.
💸 Diagnostics Are Free
Almost all diagnostics are complimentary. The exception is custom PC work, which needs deeper testing: a $125 diagnostic applies, credited toward your repair or build.
🛡️ After Diagnosis: Two Options
We’ll offer two ways to move forward with the repair:
- Standard repair cost with 30-day warranty.
- Discounted rate Most popular when you join our Protection Plan (1-year min, from $15/mo): unlimited repair labor where only part costs are charged, plus drops, spills, OS fixes and tune-ups.
- For custom PC builds, our Custom PC Protection Plan is $25/mo (1-year min) — enroll if brought in.
