As a big-time Giant fan, I will be tuned in 100% into the 2012 Super Bowl. But, for the non-gridiron folks, there are always the commercials to keep you entertained. For $3.5 million per each 30 second spot, this is a pretty big deal. Many commercials are worthy of this lofty spot, and of course, you’ll find some duds. How did I get a sneak peek? The commercials have already been posted online in a previewed format. Most may be viewed at length. That kind of ruins the whole surprise aspect of it, but for me, that means bathroom breaks during the big game without the worry of missing something I haven’t seen.
Here are the top 5 2012 Super Bowl Commercials:
- Hyundai – The Cheetah attacks the man instead of racing the car. Very funny.
- Cars – The potential car buy has a mini-me of himself on his shoulder shouting out stream-of-consciousness statements.
- Honda – This will be loved by you Ferris Bueller fans. I thought it was a nice throwback.
- Acura – Seinfeld turns this commercial into a hilarious clip.
- Doritos – The baby gets even with the older brother bully.
Besides GoDaddy, I haven’t seen other technology service companies in the mix. No Apple support? Microsoft help? I guess they’re done fighting with each other.
