Lately, viruses have been finding their way in through the Adobe Flash Player program.  The only way to perform virus removal has been a manual process.  This means that a virus program alone, such as Norton or McAfee, is unable to remove the program, leading to the need to call for technical support help.

The Adobe Flash virus came out in early June, and permitted hackers to take over the infected computer.  Adobe came out recently with updates to secure against this vulnerability.  So, if you install Adobe Flash or Adobe Reader, be sure to install all of the updates for the program.  This will protect you against viruses and hackers.

Before installing the latest Adobe Flash Player, make sure your anti-virus software is up to date.
