What’s included:
Unlimited computer repairs and preventative service on 1 device. All labor is free except any exclusions marked below.
Any deductible? Part costs?
No deductible. We always aim to repair without parts (i.e. motherboard repairs), but if parts are needed, you just pay our vendor part costs only.
How do you cancel?
After 12 months of this special membership rate, you may email support@newyorkcomputerhelp.com or call 212-599-0339.
What happens after 12 months on this special rate?
Good news! Typically, this membership service is up to $25/month, but you can take advantage of this $10/month as a grandfathered plan forever! You’re even eligible after 12 months on this plan to transfer to another computer if you buy a new one or decide to use another device. After 12 months, it continues to charge monthly so you keep your coverage at this all-time low $10/month rate.
What services are not included?
Email fixes, Outlook issues/setups, data recovery, and training.
Why? These services are supported by specialists at different rates.

Unlimited internal cleanings, speed tune-ups, virus cleanings, maintenance, diagnostics, and requests.
What computers are included?
Laptops, MacBooks, desktops, iMacs Microsoft Surfaces, tablets, all-in-one computers
All computers are included!
Includes: Windows laptops, MacBooks, Microsoft Surfaces, ChromeBooks, PCs, iMacs, and Apple desktops. NYCH reserves the right to make exceptions or rejections as reasonable.

That’s great. You’re already a member. This offer may still be used after you’re done with your 1-year minimum or if offered this plan prior. Then, this $10 special rate is required to maintain for for your next 12-month term.
